Know Before You Go

This trip is best suited for travelers who enjoy a mix of coastal charm and hilly tranquility. Comfortable walking shoes and light cotton clothing are recommended due to the tropical climate. Amboli Ghat may experience fog or rain depending on the season, so carrying a raincoat or umbrella is advisable. Mobile networks may be intermittent in remote areas. Always follow local ecological and safety guidelines while exploring natural spots like waterfalls or viewpoints.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

A confirmation email along with booking details will be sent once the initial payment is received. Travelers may cancel their trip without penalty up to 15 days prior to the scheduled departure. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before departure will incur a 50% charge of the total package cost. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before departure or in case of no-shows. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions or natural calamities, the tour operator reserves the right to alter the itinerary or cancel the tour entirely, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Payment and Refund Policy

To confirm your booking, a minimum 50% advance payment is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the departure date. Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or credit/debit card. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment. Refund amounts depend on the cancellation policy and applicable deductions.
