Package Exclusions

Any meals other than those mentioned in the package Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle malfunctions, political disturbances, etc. Individual entrance fees to visit places, and any extra fees outside our program such as rides, safaris, boating, camera permissions, etc.

Know Before You Go

Mahabaleshwar is a hill station, and the weather can be cool, especially in the evenings. Carry light woolens, comfortable shoes for sightseeing, and rain gear during the monsoon season. The area can get crowded during weekends and holidays, so plan accordingly. Respect local customs and the environment, especially at natural viewpoints and religious spots.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the booking amount. Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the trip are eligible for a full refund minus booking charges. Cancellations between 7-14 days incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refund is applicable for cancellations made less than 7 days before departure or for no-shows. All refunds are processed within 7 working days.

Payment and Refund Policy

To confirm your booking, full payment or a minimum 50% advance must be made. The balance amount is due before the start of the tour. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy. Payments can be made via online transfer, UPI, or credit/debit card.
