Any meals other than those mentioned in the package Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle malfunctions, political disturbances, etc. Individual entrance fees to visit places, and any extra fees outside our program such as rides, safaris, boating, camera permissions, etc.

Know Before You Go

This tour involves significant temple visits, so guests are advised to wear modest and comfortable clothing. Footwear must be removed before entering temple premises. Early morning temple visits are a part of the experience; please be prepared for long queues. Carry valid ID proof and personal medical supplies. Climate can vary—carry sunscreen, caps, and water bottles. Adherence to temple customs and decorum is expected at all religious sites.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation will be sent within 24–48 hours of booking. In the unlikely event of unavailability, a similar hotel or itinerary will be suggested. Cancellations must be made via email. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after cancellation is confirmed.

Payment and Refund Policy

Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Payment can be made via secure online methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking. In case of cancellation, a full refund is applicable if canceled at least 7 days prior to departure. Cancellations made within 7 days of travel will attract 50% charges. No refund will be made for cancellations within 48 hours of departure or for no-shows.
