Any meals other than those mentioned in the package Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle malfunctions, political disturbances, etc. Individual entrance fees to visit places, and any extra fees outside our program such as rides, safaris, boating, camera permissions, etc.

Know Before You Go

Travelers are advised to carry valid ID proof. Mumbai’s weather is generally humid; light clothing and comfortable footwear are recommended. Traffic can cause delays, so flexibility in timing is important. Please respect local customs and religious sites during your visits. Early morning starts are common to cover maximum spots.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Upon successful payment, a confirmation email with itinerary and hotel details will be sent. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. In case of unavoidable circumstances such as natural calamities, political unrest, or transport issues, the company reserves the right to amend or cancel the tour with applicable refunds.

Payment and Refund Policy

Full payment is required to confirm the booking. Cancellations made 15 days prior to the departure are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the trip. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 working days.
