Know Before You Go

Before embarking on your Konkan journey, it is important to carry valid government-issued ID proof and keep a few photocopies for verification at hotels or checkpoints. The region experiences humid coastal weather, so packing lightweight clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat is recommended. Comfortable walking shoes are essential for sightseeing and beach visits. Travelers with medical conditions should carry their prescriptions and medications. Network coverage may be patchy in some remote areas, so it’s wise to inform family or friends in advance. It is also advisable to carry some cash, as smaller towns may have limited access to digital payment facilities.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Once the payment is received, a confirmation email or message will be shared with complete itinerary and hotel details. Cancellation made 15 days or more before the departure will be eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative and booking charges. Cancellations made within 7 to 14 days of departure may incur up to 50% cancellation fee, while those within 6 days or no-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling or amendments are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Payment and Refund Policy

To confirm your booking, a minimum advance payment must be made at the time of reservation, and the balance should be cleared before the trip commences. Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted digital modes. In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed as per the cancellation policy timeline. Any transaction charges or processing fees incurred will be deducted from the refunded amount. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and may require full upfront payment.
