VISA Information

his package does not require a visa for Indian nationals traveling domestically. For foreign nationals, a valid Indian tourist visa is mandatory. Please ensure your visa and travel documents are valid and in order before departure. No visa assistance is provided for domestic tour packages.

Know Before You Go

Carry valid photo ID proof during the entire trip for hotel check-ins and entry to certain locations. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended, especially for visits to caves and forts. Religious sites may require modest attire. Seasonal weather in Aurangabad can be hot, so light cotton clothes, sunscreen, and hydration are essential. Be prepared for long drives between destinations.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. In case of unavailability of listed hotels, similar category hotels will be provided. The itinerary may be subject to change based on weather conditions or unforeseen situations. Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Any no-show or early check-out will attract full cancellation charges.

Payment and Refund Policy

A minimum advance of 50% of the package cost must be paid at the time of booking. The balance must be cleared 7 days before the start date of the tour. Cancellations made 15 days before departure are eligible for a 75% refund. Cancellations within 7 to 14 days will incur a 50% deduction. No refunds are applicable for cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour. Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.

Additional Information

Hotel check-in time is typically 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. All sightseeing is based on operational feasibility and local conditions. Guests must follow local regulations and respect cultural sensitivities. Carrying government-issued ID cards is mandatory for all travelers.
