Itinerary

Day 1 - Ahmedabad

Arrive at Ahmedabad, Check into the hotel and after refreshment we will visit Hutheesing Jain temple, Gandhi Ashram, Adalaj Step well, Akshardham temple. Overnight stay at Ahmedabad.

DAY 02 - Ahmedabad – Patan – Modhera – Ahmedabad

Today morning after refreshment and breakfast, we will visit Ranki Step well, Patola Weaving family visit, Modhera Sun temple, Akshardham Temple. Overnight stay at Ahmedabad.

DAY 03 - Ahemdabad – Kevadiya (200km)

Today morning after refreshment and breakfast, we will depart to kevadiya. Check into the hotel and after refreshment we will visit Sardar Sarovar Dam, Valley of flower, Cactus and butterfly park, Statue of unity viewing gallery. Overnight stay at Kevadiya.

DAY 04 - Kevadiya

Today Morning after refreshment and breakfast, we will visit Jungle Safari, Jharwani Waterfall, visit other attraction at nearby. Overnight stay at Kevadiya.

DAY 05 - Kevadiya – Vadodara (100km)

Today morning after refreshment and breakfast, we will depart to Vadodara enroute we will visit Garudeshwar temple, Poicha Neelkanth Dham. Check into the hotel and we will visit Laxmivilas Palace. Evening leisure for shopping and overnight stay.

DAY 06 - Drop

Today morning after refreshment and breakfast, we will depart and we will visit Garudeshwar, Poicha and drop you as per schedule.

Exclusions

• GST 5% on total invoice (if any hike in GST, the same will be charged extra)

• Meals other than specified
• Expenses of personal nature such as guides, porterage, tips, phone calls, laundry, liquor, etc.
• Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal. Therefore, no transport on the days of leisure.
• Any water sports and water activity charges
• Refund/rescheduling of any booking in any hotel for any reason will be governed by the individual hotel cancellation policy
• Expenses occurred due to bad weather, flight or ferry cancellation, strike or political unrest to be paid by the guest
• Camera fee for entering islands/monuments

Terms and Conditions

• Offered rates are exclusive of GST
• Confirmation will be subject to availability at the time of reservation
• We shall proceed with the holding/confirmation only after receiving 50% payment 30 days before travel and balance 10 days prior to travel date
• Ferry tickets will be booked only after advance payment and are subject to availability at the time of booking
• Please share all guest names as per government documents along with flight tickets at the time of booking
• In case of trip cancellation, refund will be processed as per hotel/service policy. A 10% service charge on the total package cost applies
• In case of Covid-related issues like lockdown or positive test, booking can be postponed within a time frame, subject to hotel/ferry acceptance. Price difference will apply based on season
• Rates may vary based on travel dates
• Tour program may be reshuffled due to inclement weather or flight/ferry schedule changes, which may incur extra charges
• Ferry timing changes or endorsements in other vessels may happen due to operational reasons; this is at the sole discretion of the ferry company
• Vehicle provided will be exclusive but not at disposal. It will operate as per contract and may change sector-wise or daily
• Most hotels in Andamans have early check-in/check-out policy (08:30am–10:30am). Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and hotel discretion
• All extras not mentioned above must be paid directly at the hotel or service provider
• Standalone services like only hotel or only transport are not provided; no price breakup will be shared
• As per Andaman regulations, minimum age for diving is 12 years. Divers over 50 years must have medical clearance for scuba diving or sea walk

Confirmation Policy

• Booking is confirmed after 50% payment in advance.
• Balance must be paid 10 days before travel.

Refund Policy

• Refunds processed within 7–10 business days.
• Applicable deductions as per hotel/service provider policies.

Cancellation Policy

• 25% charge if cancelled 30+ days in advance
• 50% charge if cancelled 15–30 days in advance
• No refund for cancellations within 15 days

Payment Terms

• 50% advance required to confirm the booking.
• Final balance payment due 10 days before travel start date.
