Overview
One of the popular events that is organized in Gujarat and is a major crowd puller from across the country and the world is the Rann Utsav. This is regarded as a celebration of life, culture, and the festivities of Kutch. The entire event is spread across 4 months which sees a riot of colours spread over the barren lands. The entire event offers an experience of diverse traditions as well as the taste of generous hospitality of the people from Kutch. The beautiful White Desert welcomes one and all and the sight of a full moon night during the entire period can be breathtaking. The entire Rann Utsav also offers host of other activities to indulge in which expands across Camel Rides, Bird Watching, Pool Table, Paramotoring, Giant Chess, Archery, etc. The entire event will definitely be worth an experience of a lifetime.

The distance from Bhuj to Rann Utsav – The Tent City, Dhordo is approx. 85 km, which takes about 1 hr 45 minutes.

- 05:00 PM to 05:30 PM - Visit to The White Rann to witness the grandeur of the sunset. The mode of transfer will be through bus/ camel cart/ both.
- 07:00 PM to 07:30 PM - Return transfer to Rann Utsav – The Tent City, Dhordo
- 07:30 PM to 10:00 PM - Enjoy scrumptious dinner at the respective Dining Area.
- 09:00 PM to 10:30 PM - Enjoy the Culture of Kutch along with entertaining activities at the Cultural Activity Area

Smritivan Earthquake Museum, Bhuj: The Smritivan Earthquake Museum, Bhuj is situated on the Bhujiyo Dungar. It was constructed in remembrance of the victims of the devastating 2001 Gujarat earthquake. The Sun-point at the memorial is situated on top of Bhujiyo Dungar, providing a panoramic view of the city as well as breathtaking views of the sunrise and sunset.

- 11:30 AM to 02:00 PM - Complimentary sightseeing to Smritivan Bhuj (Earthquake Museum) for 2 hrs. (approx.) (It will be closed on Monday)
Inclusions
- 1 Night Package includes lunch, high tea and dinner on the 1st day and morning tea and breakfast on the 2nd day. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in the respective Dining Areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on the 2nd day.
- The 2 Nights Package includes lunch, high tea and dinner on the 1st day, morning tea, breakfast, lunch, refreshment and dinner on the 2nd day and morning tea and breakfast on the 3rd day. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in the respective Dining Areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on the 3rd day.
- Packages are fixed and cannot be interchanged. Guests who have missed visit as per the itinerary may be included on request on a chargeable basis.
- Accommodation in the tent is on a twin-sharing basis.
Exclusions
- Airfare / Train fare not included.
- Entry Fees at places of tourist Interest, if any.
- Monument entry fee, guide fee, camera fee, government visitor fees.
- Porterage, Insurance, Tips and Gratuity.
- Vehicle not at disposal.
- 5% GST.

- Tent check-in time is 12:30 PM, check-out at 09:30 AM.
- Transfers operate only on scheduled timings.
- Full moon nights are especially scenic—check calendar.
- Carry warm clothes; desert nights are cold.
- No alcohol allowed inside the Tent City.

- Rates quoted for 2 pax traveling together. Any change in pax count will affect the cost.

Terms and Conditions
- Offered rates are exclusive of GST.
- Confirmation will be subject to availability at the time of reservation.
- 50% advance required before 30 days and balance before 10 days prior to travel date.
- Rates may differ as per the travel dates.
- In case of any cancellation of flight/train or any mode of transportation, the booking amount is not refundable.
- Pick-up and drop-off facilities are available only from Bhuj Airport or Bhuj Railway Station by AC Coach as per scheduled timings.
- The voucher for Rann Utsav-The Tent City must be furnished with a valid government-approved photo ID (Aadhar card for Indian nationals; passport and Visa for foreign nationals). PAN card is not accepted.
- In case of delayed arrival of Train/Flight, transfer to Tent City will be in the next available transfer.
- Late arrival at Tent City will result in missed meals or activities without entitlement for refund.
- Early arrival at Tent City may require waiting in lounge or clubhouse until tent availability.
Confirmation Policy
- Booking will be confirmed only after full payment.
- Confirmation email and voucher will be issued upon payment.
Refund Policy
- Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds are subject to cancellation rules applicable.
Cancellation Policy
- 25% cancellation charge if canceled before 30 days.
- 50% cancellation charge if canceled 15-29 days before travel.
- No refund if canceled within 15 days of travel.
Payment Terms
- 50% advance required to block the tent.
- Full payment must be made 10 days before travel date.

I can’t say enough good things about this tour — we had an amazing time! Plan to be gone all day, as it’s long but comfortable drive through NV, UT, CO and AZ. If we were to do this trip, we chose a July slot that runs 8am. But the sky and crystal clear pickups up with some magical views of Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, and Antelope Canyon.

If we were to do this trip, we chose a July slot that runs 8am. But the sky and crystal clear pickups up with some magical views of Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, and Antelope Canyon.
