Overview

One of the popular events that is organized in Gujarat and is a major crowd puller from across the country and the world is the Rann Utsav. This is regarded as a celebration of life, culture, and the festivities of Kutch. The entire event is spread across 4 months which sees a riot of colours spread over the barren lands. The entire event offers an experience of diverse traditions as well as the taste of generous hospitality of the people from Kutch. The beautiful White Desert welcomes one and all and the sight of a full moon night during the entire period can be breathtaking. The entire Rann Utsav also offers host of other activities to indulge in which expands across Camel Rides, Bird Watching, Pool Table, Paramotoring, Giant Chess, Archery, etc. The entire event will definitely be worth an experience of a lifetime.

• The above timings are for fixed departures and subject to change.
• No Complimentary transfers will be available after the above timings.
• Individual transfers are available on request (chargeable).
• Allotment of tents to guests arriving before check-in time will be subject to availability.
• The distance from Bhuj to Rann Utsav – The Tent City, Dhordo is approx. 85 km, which takes about 1 hr 45 minutes.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival at Rann Utsav, the Tent City, Dhordo from Bhuj

• 12:30 PM Onwards - Welcome & check–in
• 12:30 PM to 02:30 PM - Enjoy delicious lunch at the respective Dining Area.
• 02:30 PM to 04:00 PM - Indulge yourself in the exciting range of activities we offer in-house.
• 04:00 PM to 05:00 PM - High Tea
• 05:00 PM to 05:30 PM - Visit to The White Rann to witness the grandeur of the sunset. The mode of transfer will be through bus/ camel cart/ both.
• 07:00 PM to 07:30 PM - Return to Rann Utsav – The Tent City, Dhordo
• 07:30 PM to 10:00 PM - Enjoy scrumptious dinner at the respective Dining Area
• 09:00 PM to 10:30 PM - Enjoy the Culture of Kutch along with entertaining activities at the Cultural Activity Area

DAY 02 - Departure and Tour of Smritivan Earthquake Museum, Bhuj

Smritivan Earthquake Museum, Bhuj: The Smritivan Earthquake Museum, Bhuj is situated on the Bhujiyo Dungar. It was constructed in remembrance of the victims of the devastating 2001 Gujarat earthquake. The Sun-point at the memorial is situated on top of Bhujiyo Dungar, providing a panoramic view of the city as well as breathtaking views of the sunrise and sunset.

• 06:00 AM to 06:30 AM - Morning Tea
• 06:30 AM to 07:30 AM - Experience a rejuvenating yoga session in our dedicated activity area
• 07:30 AM to 09:30 AM - Breakfast at respective Dining Area
• 09:30 AM - Check-out from Rann Utsav – The Tent City
• 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM - Complimentary sightseeing to Smritivan Bhuj (Earthquake Museum) for 2 hrs. (approx.) (It will be closed on Monday)

Inclusions

• 1 Night Package includes lunch, high tea and dinner on the 1st day and morning tea and breakfast on the 2nd day. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in the respective Dining Areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on the 2nd day.
• The 2 Nights Package includes lunch, high tea and dinner on the 1st day, morning tea, breakfast, lunch, refreshment and dinner on the 2nd day and morning tea and breakfast on the 3rd day. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in the respective Dining Areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on the 3rd day.
• Packages are fixed and cannot be interchanged. Guests who have missed visit as per the itinerary may be included on request on a chargeable basis.
• Accommodation in the tent is on a twin-sharing basis.

Exclusions

• Airfare / Train fare not included.
• Entry Fees at places of tourist Interest, if any.
• Monument entry fee, guide fee, camera fee, govt. visitor fees.
• Porterage, Insurance, Tips and Gratuity.
• Vehicle not at disposal.
• 5% GST.

Know Before You Go

• Guests must follow check-in timing strictly.
• Carry a valid government ID. PAN is not valid.
• Full moon nights are peak time, book in advance.
• Carry warm clothes — nights are cold in the desert.
• Outside food and alcohol not permitted.

• Distance and Duration mentioned are approximate only.
• No refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing.
• Management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Guests are advised to safeguard their valuables.
• Guests carrying valuables like money, jewelry, cameras, electronics, etc. do so at their own risk.
• Guests must follow house rules and applicable laws.
• No pets are allowed inside Rann Utsav-The Tent City.
• Rates may change based on airfare, fuel, taxes, or transport fluctuations.
• Rates quoted are for 2 pax. Changes in pax number will affect the cost.
• Rates might change if traveling dates change.

Terms and Conditions

• Offered rates are exclusive of GST.
• Confirmation will be subject to availability at the time of reservation.
• We require 50% before 30 days and balance before 10 days prior to travel date.
• Rates may differ as per the travel dates.
• In case of any cancellation of flight/train or any mode of transportation, the booking amount is not refundable.
• Pick-up and drop-off facilities are available only from Bhuj Airport or Bhuj Railway Station by AC Coach as per scheduled timings.
• The voucher must be presented with valid Photo ID Proof such as Aadhar card. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and Visa. Pan card is not accepted.
• In case of delayed arrival of Train or Flight, guests will be transferred to the next available transfer.
• Late arrivals will not be entitled to missed meals or activities.
• Early arrivals may be required to wait at the lounge or clubhouse until the tent is available.

Confirmation Policy

• Booking confirmed after 50% advance payment.
• Balance to be cleared at least 10 days prior to check-in.

Refund Policy

• Refunds processed within 7 business days of approval.
• Refunds subject to cancellation conditions.

Cancellation Policy

• 25% cancellation fee if cancelled 30+ days prior.
• 50% if 15–30 days prior.
• 100% if cancelled within 15 days of check-in.

Payment Terms

• Initial 50% payment confirms the package.
• Full payment must be made 10 days before travel.
