• 100% refund if canceled 15 days prior to trip
• 50% refund if canceled 7–14 days before
• No refund if canceled less than 7 days before trip

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be made in writing/email
• Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
• No refund for unused services once tour starts
