Itinerary

Day 1 - Morning: Abhyangam – One Hour

A full-body massage using traditional techniques and medicated herbal oils to relax and rejuvenate by improving circulation and eliminating toxins.

Day 2 - Morning: Pathrapotalaswedam – One Hour | Evening: Sirodhara – 30 Minutes

A therapy using fried herbal leaves wrapped in muslin cloth, beneficial for arthritis and muscular issues, followed by a soothing Sirodhara oil stream therapy for calming the mind.

Day 3 - Morning: Njavarakizhy – One Hour | Evening: Ayurveda Facial – 30 Minutes

A unique massage using herbal rice to nourish the skin and relieve muscle fatigue, followed by a facial to detoxify and enhance skin texture.

Know Before You Go

• Guests are advised to avoid heavy meals before Ayurvedic treatments.
• Pregnant women and guests with specific medical conditions should consult a doctor before treatments.
• Treatment schedules are subject to change based on doctor consultation on arrival.
• Carry comfortable cotton clothing suitable for yoga and wellness sessions.
• Wi-Fi is available in common areas but may have limited connectivity in nature zones.

• All treatments are supervised by certified Ayurvedic practitioners.
• Vegetarian meal options and detox drinks are available upon request.
• Daily doctor consultation is included for the duration of the stay.

• Guests must carry valid government ID at the time of check-in.

Terms and Conditions

• Check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 12 Noon.
• Minimum stay is 3 nights; additional nights are charged on a pro-rata basis.
• Guests must follow the treatment schedule provided by the resort for optimal results.
• Valid Government-issued photo ID is required for check-in.
• Package is valid until 30th September 2025.

Confirmation Policy

• The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
• In case the selected package is unavailable, an alternative date will be suggested or a full refund offered.

Refund Policy

• Full refund applicable only if the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to check-in.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation allowed until 2 PM, 7 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations after that will incur 100% retention charges.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

Payment Terms

• Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
• For group bookings, 50% advance is required to block the dates.
• Balance payment (if applicable) must be cleared 7 days prior to check-in.
