Know Before You Go

• Adventure activities are subject to weather conditions.
• Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes for activities.
• Not recommended for guests with back problems or heart conditions.
• Children below 6 years are not allowed on Level 2 activities.
• Wi-Fi signal may be limited in outdoor zones.

Additional Information

• All adventure activities are supervised by trained instructors.
• The resort is eco-friendly and encourages waste segregation.
• Carry a valid government ID for check-in.
• Guests are advised to bring swimwear for pool access.
• First aid and medical assistance available on-site.

Terms and Conditions

• Minimum duration of stay is 2 nights. Extra nights are chargeable on a pro rata basis
• Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 12 noon
• Reservation is confirmed only upon 100% advance payment and subject to availability
• Swimming pool access is allowed only in appropriate swimwear between 7 AM to 6 PM
• Self-declaration form must be filled at check-in
• All guests must present original government-approved photo identity proof at check-in
• Charge for an extra adult is INR 10,000 including GST (with all inclusions) per night
• Charge for a child aged 6 to 12 years is INR 6,000 including GST (with all inclusions) per night

Confirmation Policy

• Booking is confirmed upon full payment.
• You will receive a confirmation email and voucher within 24 hours.
• In case of unavailability, alternate dates will be offered or full refund provided.

Refund Policy

• Full refund available for cancellations up to 14 days before check-in.
• Partial refund (50%) if cancelled between 7–13 days before check-in.
• No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made before 3 PM, 14 days prior to check-in: No cancellation charges
• No show, early check-out, or cancellations after 3 PM, 14 days prior to check-in: 100% cancellation charges of the full booking amount

Payment Terms

• 100% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, UPI or net banking.
• For group bookings or custom dates, 50% advance and balance 7 days before check-in.
