Know Before You Go

Weather in Sri Lanka is tropical; carry light clothing and comfortable footwear. Respect local customs, especially at religious sites. It is advisable to have Sri Lankan Rupees for small transactions. Photography may be restricted in some religious places. Carry mosquito repellent and basic medication. Mobile connectivity is generally good, but a local SIM is recommended.

Terms and Conditions

All travelers must carry valid identification and travel documents. The itinerary may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or local regulations. Travel insurance is highly recommended. The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour in the interest of safety and comfort. Any damages to hotel property or transport will be borne by the guest.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Confirmation of the booking will be sent via email upon receipt of full payment. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. The cancellation charges will be based on the timeline mentioned in the refund policy. Any changes in travel dates or itinerary are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

Payment and Refund Policy

Full payment is required to confirm the booking. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or UPI. Cancellations made more than 21 days before departure will incur a nominal service charge. Cancellations made between 10 to 20 days will incur 50% of the tour cost. Cancellations within 10 days of departure are non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
