Know Before You Go

Guests are advised to carry valid travel documents, including a passport and a visa. Dress code for the conference is formal/business casual. Gala dinners may include cultural performances smart attire is recommended. Carry business essentials like name cards, chargers, and presentation materials. English is widely spoken, but learning a few Sinhalese phrases is appreciated. Respect local customs, especially during cultural interactions. Currency used is Sri Lankan Rupee (LKR); credit cards are widely accepted. Airport transfer and hotel check-in details will be shared post-booking.

Terms and Conditions

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, tax revisions, or other unforeseen circumstances. The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather or operational reasons without prior notice. Travelers are responsible for carrying valid ID and adhering to local laws and etiquette. Any form of misconduct may result in removal from the tour without refund. The package excludes personal expenses, early check-in/late check-out, and optional add-ons unless mentioned.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Confirmation:
Booking will be confirmed via email upon receiving the advance payment along with participant details. Hotel and transport vouchers will follow.

Cancellation:

• 30+ days before arrival: 80% refund
• 15–29 days before arrival: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days or no-show: No refund

No refunds for unused services. Cancellations must be made in writing.

Payment and Refund Policy

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid at least 14 days prior to the arrival date.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days, excluding transaction charges.
Late payments may result in booking cancellation without notice. Bank charges are borne by the client.
