Tourist visas are mandatory and included in this package, but travelers are encouraged to double-check entry requirements prior to departure. The local currency is the Sri Lankan Rupee (LKR); carrying some cash is advisable for local purchases and tipping. As you’ll explore both warm coastal areas and cooler highlands like Nuwara Eliya, pack breathable yet layered clothing. Modest attire is required for temple visits, especially in Kandy. Comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, and a reusable water bottle will make your journey more pleasant. While sightseeing is included, most monument and attraction entrance fees are payable directly on-site. Respect local customs and cultural norms, particularly at religious sites.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Upon receiving full payment, your booking for the Enchanting Sri Lanka tour will be confirmed within 24 hours via email. This confirmation will include your booking reference number and secure your participation in the tour. Final travel documents—such as flight tickets, hotel vouchers, and a complete itinerary—will be emailed to you 3 to 5 days before the departure date. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate and up to date to avoid delays in communication. All bookings are strictly subject to availability until officially confirmed by the operator.

Should your travel plans change, we offer a flexible cancellation structure. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the departure date are eligible for a 75% refund (after deducting processing charges). If the cancellation is made between 15 to 29 days before travel, a 50% refund will be applicable. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 14 days of departure, or failure to show up for the tour, will not be eligible for any refund. Please note that all refund amounts will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In case of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or emergencies, the cancellation terms may be reviewed at the discretion of the tour operator. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard against unexpected disruptions.

Payment and Refund Policy

To confirm your spot on this unforgettable tour, full payment is required at the time of booking. All transactions are non-transferable and must be made in the name of the traveler. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the cancellation timelines outlined below. In case of eligible cancellations, the refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that price variations due to changes in airfare, currency fluctuations, or updated tax policies are not covered by the operator and will need to be settled by the traveler.
