Know Before You Go

Before traveling to South Africa, ensure your passport is valid for at least six months from your date of return. Depending on your nationality, a tourist visa may be required—please check with the nearest South African consulate. South Africa has a mild climate, so pack layers for varying temperatures. A universal power adapter (Type M) is recommended. English is widely spoken. Carry sunscreen, insect repellent, and comfortable shoes for sightseeing and safaris. Local currency is the South African Rand (ZAR). Credit cards are accepted in most areas, but it's good to keep some cash for tipping or small purchases. Respect local customs and wildlife rules, especially during game drives. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Confirmation:
Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment and all required traveler details. Final travel documents and hotel vouchers will be emailed within 3–5 business days.

Cancellation:

• 30 days or more before departure – 80% refund
• 15–29 days before departure – 50% refund
• Less than 15 days or no-show – No refund

All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges apply per person and are based on the date the cancellation request is received. No refund is provided for partial, missed, or unused services.

Payment and Refund Policy

To secure your booking, a 50% advance payment is required at the time of confirmation. The remaining 50% balance must be cleared 15 days before the departure date.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.

• Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 10–15 working days, excluding bank and transaction charges.

• No refunds will be issued for unused services, missed activities, or voluntary changes after the trip begins.

• Late payments may result in automatic cancellation without prior notice.
