Package Exclusions

The package does not include airfare to and from the Maldives, personal expenses such as spa treatments, excursions, premium alcoholic beverages, motorized water sports, laundry, room service, or minibar usage. Visa fees (if applicable), travel insurance, and any meals or services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions list are also excluded. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

VISA Information

Know Before You Go

Before traveling, ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your date of return. The Maldives offers visa on arrival for many nationalities, but please verify based on your passport. Carry lightweight clothing, beachwear, and sunscreen, and avoid bringing alcohol as it is restricted by Maldivian customs. Currency used is Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR), but US dollars are widely accepted. Transfers from Malé airport to the resort are by speedboat and are included in the package. It's advisable to carry a printed or digital copy of your booking confirmation.

Terms and Conditions

Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change without prior notice. Child and extra adult rates may vary. All bookings are non-transferable. Guests must abide by the resort's code of conduct and safety regulations. Misuse of amenities or any misconduct may result in cancellation without refund. We are not liable for delays, loss of baggage, or any medical emergencies. It is strongly recommended to have comprehensive travel insurance. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the provider’s registered location.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Booking confirmation is subject to availability and will be sent via email upon successful payment. Guests are advised to verify all travel documents and vouchers prior to travel. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the refund terms listed above. The resort reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in the event of natural calamities, political unrest, or other emergencies. Any changes or cancellations initiated by the guest will incur charges as per policy.

Payment and Refund Policy

Full payment is required to confirm the booking. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or UPI. Cancellation made 30 days or more before arrival is eligible for a 75% refund. Cancellations between 15 to 29 days receive a 50% refund, while cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused portions of the tour. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 working days from the date of cancellation request.
