Package Exclusions

The package does not include airfare, travel insurance, and personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, spa treatments, water sports, or any meals not mentioned in the itinerary. Visa fees (if applicable) and expenses arising due to unforeseen events like flight delays, weather conditions, or medical emergencies are also not covered. Airport transfers that fall outside the scheduled window may incur additional charges. Any services not explicitly mentioned in the inclusions are considered excluded from the package.

Know Before You Go

Paradise Island Resort & Spa is located in the Maldives and offers a luxurious escape with beautiful overwater and beach villas. Travelers are advised to carry valid travel documents, including passports with at least six months’ validity. International travel insurance is highly recommended. Light, breathable clothing, sunscreen, and flip-flops are ideal for the tropical climate. Most purchases and services at the resort are billed in USD, so having a valid credit card is advisable. Please check for updated health and travel advisories, and ensure compliance with all entry requirements.

Terms and Conditions

All guests must comply with the rules and regulations of Paradise Island Resort & Spa. Rates are subject to change without prior notice and are based on current taxation structures and currency exchange rates. Any increase in government taxes or levies will be passed on to the guest. Check-in and check-out times must be followed as per resort policy. Resort activities are subject to weather and operational conditions. Any damage caused to the property by guests will be chargeable. The company and resort are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings or travel delays caused by external factors. Booking implies agreement to all stated terms and policies.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Booking confirmations are sent via email upon successful payment, detailing accommodation, check-in dates, and inclusions. Guests are advised to review all details carefully and report any discrepancies within 24 hours. Modifications to bookings may be subject to availability and applicable charges. Cancellations must be made in writing and will only be effective upon acknowledgment from our reservations team. For cancellations made well in advance, partial refunds may be offered, depending on resort policy and payment terms. No refunds are applicable for unused services, early departures, or missed transfers.

Payment and Refund Policy

To confirm your booking at Paradise Island Resort & Spa, a non-refundable advance payment must be made at the time of reservation. The balance is payable within the timeline specified in your booking confirmation. For cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in, a refund (minus the non-refundable deposit and any third-party charges) may be processed. Cancellations between 15–29 days before check-in may incur a 50% fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations within 14 days of the travel date or for no-shows. All refund requests will be processed within 10 working days.
