Package Exclusions

The package does not cover international airfare, visa charges, travel insurance, or personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, spa treatments, and minibar usage. Premium alcoholic beverages, à la carte meals, excursions, and special activities like scuba diving are chargeable. Late check-out or early check-in is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and additional charges. Anything not explicitly mentioned in the package inclusions will be considered an exclusion.

VISA Information

Indian nationals receive a visa on arrival in the Maldives, valid for up to 30 days. Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival. You must carry a confirmed return ticket and hotel reservation. While visa fees are waived, Maldives Immigration reserves the right to grant or deny entry. No prior visa application is needed.

Know Before You Go

The Maldives operates on Maldives Standard Time (GMT+5). The local currency is Maldivian Rufiyaa, though US Dollars are widely accepted. The resort is accessible only by speedboat, and transfer times are scheduled as per flight timings. Carry lightweight clothing, sunscreen, swimwear, and reef-safe sunblock. Alcohol cannot be brought into the Maldives, and public displays of affection or inappropriate attire may not be acceptable due to local customs. Friday is a public holiday and certain services may be limited.

Rates are valid for Indian nationals only and are subject to change without prior notice. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Resort policies regarding child stay, room occupancy, and meal upgrades must be followed. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Guests must adhere to local laws and resort rules. The company reserves the right to modify or cancel any service due to unavoidable circumstances without prior notice. All disputes are subject to jurisdiction in India.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation voucher and transfer details via email. Any changes or modifications to the itinerary must be communicated in writing and are subject to availability. Cancellation charges are calculated based on the date of written communication. No refunds will be given for unused services or early departures. Force majeure events are beyond our control, and the company is not liable for associated losses.

Payment and Refund Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Payment can be made via credit card, net banking, or UPI. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a nominal cancellation fee. Between 15-30 days, 50% of the package amount will be retained. Cancellations within 15 days or no-shows will result in 100% retention. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10–15 working days.
