VISA Information

No visa is required for Indian nationals traveling within India. Foreign nationals must obtain a valid Indian tourist visa before the tour. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure their visa and passport are valid for the duration of the stay. The agency can provide assistance with documentation if required.

Know Before You Go

Rajasthan has extreme weather, so pack light cottons for summer and warm clothes for winter. Comfortable walking shoes are a must for exploring forts and palaces. Always carry sunscreen, sunglasses, and a refillable water bottle. Respect local customs and dress modestly when visiting temples and heritage sites. It is advisable to carry some cash for small purchases, as rural areas may have limited card access.

Terms and Conditions

Offered rates are exclusive of 05% GST Confirmation will be subject to availability @ the time of reservation. We shall proceed with the holding/ confirmation, and we would require 50% before 30 Days and balance before 10 Days prior to travel date Rates may differ as per the travel dates. Season Rates will vary. Tour program may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions The vehicle used will be exclusive for guest but will not be at disposal. It may change every day and sector wise. The rate is valid for Indian Nationals only

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Confirmation is subject to availability and is confirmed upon receipt of the booking amount. A confirmation voucher will be shared by email. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days. The tour operator reserves the right to cancel the trip under unavoidable circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Payment and Refund Policy

A minimum advance of 50% is required at the time of booking to confirm the tour. The balance must be paid at least 10 days prior to the start of the journey. In case of cancellation 30 days before departure, 80% of the booking amount is refunded. Cancellations made between 15-29 days before the tour start date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund is issued for cancellations made within 14 days of departure.

Additional Information

Travelers are advised to carry a government-issued photo ID for check-ins and monument entries. Some attractions may be closed on specific days; substitutions will be provided where possible. Travel insurance is recommended. Senior citizens and travelers with medical conditions should consult a doctor before the tour.
