Know Before You Go

Travelers are advised to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at all times during the journey. It is recommended to pack light cotton clothing, sunglasses, sunscreen, and comfortable walking shoes for city tours. Northern India can be warm during the day and cooler in the evenings, especially in winter months, so layering is helpful. Respect for local customs and traditions, especially at religious sites, is expected. Make sure to drink bottled or filtered water and avoid street food if you have a sensitive stomach. Keep some cash handy for small purchases, as not all local shops accept cards. Check-in and check-out times may vary between hotels and are generally standardized at 12:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively. Entry fees to monuments and camera charges, unless specified, are to be paid directly at the site.

Terms and Conditions

Offered rates are exclusive of 05% GST Confirmation will be subject to availability @ the time of reservation. We shall proceed with the holding/ confirmation, and we would require 50% before 30 Days and balance before 10 Days prior to travel date Rates may differ as per the travel dates. Season Rates will vary. Tour program may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions The vehicle used will be exclusive for guest but will not be at disposal. It may change every day and sector wise. The rate is valid for Indian Nationals only

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Upon successful booking and receipt of payment, a confirmation voucher will be issued via email with all tour-related details. Bookings are subject to availability until confirmed. Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure will attract a nominal cancellation fee. Between 15 and 30 days, up to 50% of the package cost may be forfeited, while cancellations made less than 15 days before departure may not be eligible for a refund. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in 100% retention. Amendments to dates or itinerary are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. In case of cancellation due to unforeseen situations like natural calamities or governmental restrictions, the company will offer the best possible alternative or partial refund.

Payment and Refund Policy

Full payment must be made before the start of the tour to confirm all arrangements. A non-refundable advance may be required at the time of booking, depending on the season and demand. Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or approved online gateways. In case of cancellation by the traveler, applicable charges will be deducted based on the number of days prior to the departure date. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. If services are not utilized or missed due to personal reasons or delays beyond the company’s control, no refund will be provided. Refunds are not applicable for unused services such as missed meals, sightseeing, or transportation due to late arrivals or early departures.
