Payment and Refund Policy

A partial advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your participation in the Pink City with Lakes tour. The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the trip. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the departure date will be eligible for a minimal deduction. Cancellations between 15 to 29 days may incur up to 50% cancellation fees. No refunds will be processed for cancellations made within 15 days of travel or for no-shows. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after deductions, excluding third-party and payment gateway charges.
