The management is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during the tour. Itinerary is subject to change depending on weather conditions and forest department regulations. Consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited during safaris or in protected areas.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Booking confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment. If the chosen accommodation is unavailable, a similar category resort will be arranged. The tour operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip in case of force majeure events such as floods, government restrictions, or safety concerns. In such cases, alternative dates or partial refunds will be offered.

Payment and Refund Policy

Full payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to travel will receive a 90% refund. For cancellations between 7–14 days, a 50% refund is applicable. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before departure or for no-shows. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Additional Information

The best time to visit Bhitarkanika is between October and March. Crocodile sightings are best during this period. Limited ATM and medical facilities are available, so carry sufficient cash and a basic first-aid kit. Pre-booking of safaris is advised due to limited availability. Local cuisines may be spicy; please inform in advance for special dietary needs.
