Overview

Odisha (formerly Orissa), an eastern Indian state on the Bay of Bengal, is known for its tribal cultures and its many ancient Hindu temples. The capital, Bhubaneswar, is home to hundreds of temples, notably the intricately-carved Mukteshvara. The Lingaraj Temple complex, dating to the 11th century, is set around sacred Bindusagar Lake. The Odisha State Museum is focused on the area’s history and environment.

Package Inclusions

Accommodation in Deluxe hotels on twin Sharing Basis. MAP OR CP Plan (as per mentioned above) Exclusive A/C vehicle for transfers & sightseeing. Please brief to guest that vehicle will not be at disposal; it will be available to guest as per itinerary only (point to point basis). All permit fees & hotel taxes (as per itinerary). Rates are valid for INDIAN NATIONALS only.

Package Exclusions

Air Fare / Train fare. Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, porterage. Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary. Entrance Fees & Guide charges. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot). Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure. GST 5% Insurance. Anything which is not included in the inclusion.

Know Before You Go

Wear light, modest clothing suitable for temple visits. Carry comfortable shoes, sunscreen, and a water bottle. Keep some cash for local markets. ID proof is required. Respect temple rules—some may restrict entry for non-Hindus. Be mindful of local customs and enjoy the cultural charm of Odisha.

Terms and Conditions

Tour rates are subject to change based on availability and local conditions. Itinerary may be adjusted due to weather or unforeseen events. Travelers must carry valid ID and follow local rules, especially at religious sites. Any personal expenses, tips, or optional activities are not included in the package. Misconduct or violation of local customs may lead to removal from the tour without refund. Booking confirms acceptance of these terms.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

• 15 days or more before the tour: 20% cancellation fee (80% refund)
• 7 to 14 days before the tour: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)

No refund will be provided for unused services or early departure. Cancellations must be made in writing.

Payment and Refund Policy

An advance payment of 50% is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid at least 5 days before the tour starts.

Refund Policy:

• 80% refund if cancelled 15 days before the tour
• 50% refund if cancelled 7–14 days before the tour
• No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before the tour or in case of no-show

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation. Any transaction fees are non-refundable.
