Overview

Odisha (formerly Orissa), an eastern Indian state on the Bay of Bengal, is known for its tribal cultures and its many ancient Hindu temples. The capital, Bhubaneswar, is home to hundreds of temples, notably the intricately-carved Mukteshvara. The Lingaraj Temple complex, dating to the 11th century, is set around sacred Bindusagar Lake. Accommodation in Deluxe hotels on twin Sharing Basis. MAP OR CP Plan (as per mentioned above) Exclusive A/C vehicle for transfers & sightseeing. Air Fare / Train fare. Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, porterage. Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary. Entrance Fees & Guide charges. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot). Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure. GST 5% Insurance. Anything which is not included in the inclusion.

VISA Information

A Vietnam tourist visa is required for most nationalities. An e-visa can be applied for online with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry. Ensure you carry printed copies of your visa approval letter and two passport-sized photographs. Visa fees are not included in the package unless prearranged.

Know Before You Go

Vietnam has a tropical climate, so light clothing, comfortable footwear, and sunscreen are advisable. Always carry local currency (Vietnamese Dong) for small purchases. Respect local customs and dress modestly when visiting religious sites. Wi-Fi is commonly available in hotels and major attractions.

Terms and Conditions

All travelers must carry valid passports and visas. Itineraries are subject to change based on local conditions and weather. Any additional expenses due to deviation or delay will be borne by the traveler. The operator will not be liable for loss, injury, or damage incurred during the tour. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Confirmation is provided via email upon receipt of payment. Tour operation is subject to a minimum group size and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify the itinerary in case of natural calamities, political unrest, or unforeseen circumstances. In such events, full refunds or alternative arrangements will be offered.

Payment and Refund Policy

Full payment must be made at least 15 days before departure to confirm your booking. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or approved payment gateways. Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations between 15–29 days are subject to a 50% charge. No refunds are offered for cancellations within 14 days of the tour start date.

Additional Information

The tour involves moderate physical activity including walking, boating, and optional cycling. Suitable for families, solo travelers, and small groups. Special dietary requests can be accommodated with prior notice. It is advisable to arrive in Vietnam at least one day before the tour starts to avoid delays.
