Package Exclusions

The tour excludes airfare or train fare to and from Kerala, personal expenses such as tips, laundry, phone calls, and beverages, optional activities not listed in the itinerary, travel insurance, additional sightseeing or usage of vehicle not mentioned in the itinerary, early check-in or late check-out charges, and any expenses arising due to natural calamities, strikes, or flight delays.

VISA Information

Indian nationals do not require a visa to travel within Kerala. However, foreign nationals must obtain a valid Indian tourist visa before arrival. It is advised to apply for an e-Visa online through the official Indian government portal at least a week before the planned departure date. Confirmation and cancellation policy

Booking confirmation will be sent via email after receipt of the advance payment. Cancellations made 30 days before the departure date will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before travel will attract a 30% fee, while cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. In case of unforeseen events such as strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions, the operator will try to offer alternatives or rescheduling where possible.

Payment and Refund Policy

A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking. The balance amount must be cleared at least 7 days prior to the departure date. Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or credit card. In case of cancellation, refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation, and transaction charges may apply. No refunds will be made for unused services or last-minute changes.
