8 Nights accommodation on twin sharing basis. Meals as per meal plan. All applicable Hotel taxes. All transfers & sightseeing by private cab. Driver allowance, Toll, Tax, Permit & All Parking Charges.

Any meals other than the mentioned in the package. Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions. Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail & flight delays, road blocks, vehicle malfunctions, political disturbances, etc. Individual entrance fees to visit places, any extra fees outside our program & ride / safari / boating / camera permission etc.

Know Before You Go

Kerala experiences a tropical climate, so pack light cotton clothing, sunblock, mosquito repellent, and comfortable footwear. Respect local traditions when visiting religious sites by dressing modestly. The tour involves long drives between destinations, so carry water, snacks, and motion sickness remedies if needed. Photography may be restricted in some temples or wildlife areas. Internet connectivity may vary in remote areas. Carry valid ID proof and keep electronic copies of your travel documents.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Once the booking is confirmed and payment is received, a confirmation voucher will be emailed to the customer along with hotel and travel details. In case of unavailability of any hotel or activity, similar options will be offered. If the alternative is not acceptable, a refund will be processed based on availability and company policy. Any amendments are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment and Refund Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your package. Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or credit/debit card. In case of cancellation, a 75% refund will be given if the cancellation is made 30 days before departure. A 50% refund will be given if cancelled 15–29 days before the trip. Cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days. No refund will be issued for unused services or no-shows.
