Package Exclusions

The package cost does not include airfare or train tickets, personal expenses such as tips, laundry, or telephone calls, and any meals not specifically mentioned in the itinerary. Entry fees to monuments or optional activities, travel insurance, and expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities, strikes, or delays are also not included. Any items or services not explicitly listed under "inclusions" are to be borne by the traveler.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• 30 days or more before the trip: Full refund after deducting nominal service charges.
• 15–29 days before the trip: 50% of the package cost will be charged.
• Less than 15 days before the trip or no-show: No refund.
Date changes are subject to availability and applicable fare differences.

Payment and Refund Policy

A minimum advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Full payment must be completed before the travel start date. Payments can be made through secure online channels or bank transfers. Refunds for cancellations are processed within 7–10 business days, subject to the cancellation policy and applicable deductions for hotel, transport, or service charges. No refunds will be entertained for no-shows or partially used services.
