Any meals other than the mentioned in the package. Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions. Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail & flight delays, road blocks, vehicle malfunctions, political disturbances, etc. Individual entrance fees to visit places, any extra fees outside our program & ride / safari / boating / camera permission etc.

Know Before You Go

Before embarking on your Kerala journey, please ensure your government-issued ID is carried at all times. The weather in Kerala can be humid and warm, so pack light cotton clothing along with an umbrella or raincoat, especially if you're traveling during monsoon months. Respect local customs, especially while visiting temples or traditional villages. Comfortable footwear is recommended for nature walks and sightseeing. Mobile connectivity is generally good, though some hilly or backwater areas may have limited coverage. Early booking for houseboats and adventure activities is recommended during peak season.

Terms and Conditions

All travelers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID during the trip. The itinerary provided is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic delays, or local events. Hotel check-in and check-out timings will follow the standard policy of the respective properties, and early check-in or late check-out requests will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges. The prices mentioned are calculated based on the current rate of fuel, taxes, and hotel tariffs, and any increase in these costs may affect the final package price.

The company is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during the trip. Any additional expenses arising due to delays, natural calamities, accidents, political unrest, or government regulations will be borne by the traveler. Guests are advised to follow the instructions of the local guide and driver for safety and coordination purposes.

Inclusions and exclusions are clearly listed in the package. Any service not mentioned in the inclusions will be treated as an exclusion and may incur extra charges. No refund will be made for any unused portion of the package. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where the booking was made.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the initial advance payment. A detailed confirmation email with voucher details and itinerary will be shared once the payment is processed. If the cancellation is made more than 15 days before departure, 20% of the booking amount will be deducted. Cancellations made within 7 to 14 days will incur 50% charges, and within 7 days or in the case of a no-show, no refund will be applicable. Cancellation of activities such as houseboat stays or wildlife safaris will be based on respective provider policies.

Payment and Refund Policy

A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to confirm reservations. The remaining balance must be settled at least 10 days prior to departure. Payments can be made via online transfer, credit/debit cards, or UPI. In the event of cancellation initiated by the traveler, the refund amount will be subject to deduction based on the time of cancellation. Processing of refunds may take 7 to 10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
