Package Inclusions

Package cost is for 02 passengers traveling together. Accommodation in rooms as given at hotels: Double Room with Breakfast and Dinner and all taxes. Exclusive vehicles for Airport and Intercity Transfers and Sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary (Pick up from and drop at Ahmedabad). Driver Charge, Toll Tax, Parking Charge.

Airfare / Train fare not included. Sasan Gir Jungle Safari, Guide Charges, Entry Fees at places of tourist interest. Monument entry fee, guide fee, camera fee, boating fee, government visitor fees. Entry Fees, Camera Fees, Porterage, Insurance, Tips and Gratuity. Jungle safari, gypsy ride, light & sound show fee. Vehicle not at disposal. Any personal expenses like laundry, telephone calls, and incidentals. Dedicated Guide or Escort Charges. Any extra excursion or sightseeing apart from the suggested tour itinerary. 5% GST.

Carry valid ID for hotel check-in and temple entries. Somnath and Dwarka temples follow strict dress codes. Avoid non-vegetarian food and alcohol near temple towns. Jungle Safari at Gir is subject to permit availability. Itinerary may change based on weather or local conditions.

Offered rates are exclusive of GST. Confirmation will be subject to availability at the time of reservation. 50% payment required before 30 days and balance before 10 days prior to travel date. Rates may differ as per the travel dates. Tour program may be shuffled due to inclement weather conditions. Vehicles would be running 07 days according to the itinerary. Gujarat is a dry state; sale and consumption of alcohol/liquor is prohibited. Non-residents of Gujarat must take a liquor permit from http://eps.gpeonline.co.in/ to carry or purchase liquor (consumable only inside hotel rooms). The rate is valid for Indian Nationals only. In temples of Gujarat, avoid wearing shorts/half pants (for both men and women) to respect religious sentiments. All guests are requested to produce a Government-approved address photo identity card (Indian nationality) and valid Passport and Visa/O.C.I/P.I.O for foreign nationals upon arrival. In absence of valid ID, hotel has the right to refuse booking at check-in. Distance and duration mentioned are approximate only. No refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing. Rates mentioned are as on current date; changes in airfare, fuel cost, taxes, or transportation may affect total package cost. Rates quoted are for 02 pax traveling together. Payment and Refund Policy

100% refund if cancelled 15 days before the departure date. 50% refund if cancelled between 7 to 14 days before departure. No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before travel. 50% advance payment is required for booking confirmation. Remaining balance to be paid at least 10 days prior to departure. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card or UPI.

Additional Information

Ensure advance permits for Gir Jungle Safari are arranged. Sunsets at Somnath and Dwarka are picturesque – carry cameras. Beyt Dwarka involves a short boat ride – subject to weather. Carry light woolens for early morning safari drives. All sightseeing is subject to local regulations and traffic conditions.
