VISA Information

A Vietnam tourist visa is required for most nationalities. An e-visa can be applied for online with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry. Ensure you carry printed copies of your visa approval letter and two passport-sized photographs. Visa fees are not included in the package unless prearranged.

Know Before You Go

Vietnam has a tropical climate, so light clothing, comfortable footwear, and sunscreen are advisable. Always carry local currency (Vietnamese Dong) for small purchases. Respect local customs and dress modestly when visiting religious sites. Wi-Fi is commonly available in hotels and major attractions.

Payment and Refund Policy

Full payment must be made at least 15 days before departure to confirm your booking. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or approved payment gateways. Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations between 15–29 days are subject to a 50% charge. No refunds are offered for cancellations within 14 days of the tour start date.

Additional Information

The tour involves moderate physical activity including walking, boating, and optional cycling. Suitable for families, solo travelers, and small groups. Special dietary requests can be accommodated with prior notice. It is advisable to arrive in Vietnam at least one day before the tour starts to avoid delays.
