Know Before You Go

Travelers are advised to carry lightweight clothing, comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, and insect repellent as the itinerary includes both urban exploration and outdoor excursions. Expect varying weather conditions, especially around Halong Bay, so packing layers is recommended. Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months from the date of travel. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Always carry a copy of your passport and travel documents. Respect local customs and cultural etiquette when visiting religious sites. Internet access may be limited in remote areas.

Payment and Refund Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways. Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure are eligible for a full refund, minus any transaction fees. Cancellations between 15 to 29 days prior to departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of departure or for no-shows. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
