Confirmation and cancellation policy

Upon receiving payment, a confirmation voucher along with the full tour itinerary and details will be shared via email. Bookings are considered confirmed only after acknowledgment from the operations team. Any cancellation made 30 days or more before the start of the tour will incur minimal cancellation fees. Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the start date may result in a 50% charge. Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure or no-shows will be charged in full. If the Halong Bay cruise is canceled due to weather warnings or government advisories, alternate arrangements will be provided or partial refunds will be offered based on service availability and actual costs incurred.

Payment and Refund Policy

To confirm your booking, full payment or a non-refundable deposit (as advised at booking time) must be made. Payments can be completed through secure online gateways, bank transfer, or UPI. In case of cancellation initiated by the traveler, applicable deductions will be made based on the number of days prior to travel. Refunds will not be applicable for no-shows or unused services.
