May to September is the prime season with long daylight hours, pleasant temperatures, and active wildlife.-
Weather & Clothing:
Alaska’s weather can change quickly—pack layered clothing, a waterproof jacket, sturdy walking shoes, gloves, and a warm hat even in summer. -
Travel Documents:
Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. U.S. visa or ESTA may be required for international travelers. -
Connectivity:
Mobile coverage can be limited in remote areas and aboard ferries; download maps and key documents in advance. -
Currency & Payments:
U.S. Dollar is widely accepted; most places accept credit cards. Carry some cash for small towns or tips. -
Wildlife Safety:
Maintain a safe distance from bears, moose, and other wildlife. Follow your guide’s instructions at all times. -
Health & Fitness:
Moderate fitness is recommended for hiking trails, glacier walks, and other outdoor excursions.

Alaska operates on Alaska Standard Time (AKST), which is 9 hours behind Indian Standard Time (IST). -
Packing Essentials:

Tipping Etiquette:
Customary tipping in the U.S.: 10–20% at restaurants, USD 5–10 per person for guides, and USD 2–5 per day for hotel staff.

Offered rates are exclusive of 05% GST Confirmation will be subject to availability @ the time of reservation. We shall proceed with the holding/confirmation, and we would require 50% before 30 Days and balance before 10 Days prior to travel date Rates may differ as per the travel dates. Season Rates will vary. Tour program may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions The vehicle used will be exclusive for guest but will not be at disposal. It may change every day and sector wise. The rate is valid for Indian Nationals only
Confirmation and cancellation policy
Confirmation Policy
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with your itinerary, hotel details, and contact information. Final vouchers and tickets will be sent within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days before departure: 90% refund
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellations within 14 days of departure: No refund
- No refund for no-shows or early departures
Flight/train tickets, if included, are subject to individual carrier policies and may be non-refundable
Payment and Refund Policy
A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking. The balance must be cleared at least 7 days prior to departure. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or UPI. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days. Please note that refund amounts depend on the cancellation time frame and deductions for non-refundable services like flights or hotels. No refunds will be provided for unutilized services or last-minute no-shows.
