Travel Season: The best time for this road trip is late spring to early autumn (May–September) for pleasant weather and open roads.
Driving License: A valid international or U.S. driver’s license is required for renting and driving a car/RV in Alaska.
Road Conditions: Be prepared for long scenic drives; mobile connectivity may be limited in remote areas.
Brewery Visits: Most breweries welcome visitors daily, but operating hours vary—especially in smaller towns.
Responsible Tasting: Always have a designated driver or use local taxi/shuttle services after brewery visits.
Clothing: Pack layered clothing, rain gear, and sturdy footwear for outdoor activities and changing weather.
Wildlife Safety: Stay alert for wildlife on roads and during outdoor excursions—maintain a safe distance.

We shall proceed with the holding/confirmation, and we would require 50% before 30 Days and balance before 10 Days prior to travel date Rates may differ as per the travel dates. Season Rates will vary. Tour program may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions The vehicle used will be exclusive for guest but will not be at disposal. It may change every day and sector wise. The rate is valid for Indian Nationals only
Confirmation and cancellation policy
Confirmation Policy
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with your itinerary, hotel details, and contact information. Final vouchers and tickets will be sent within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days before departure: 90% refund
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellations within 14 days of departure: No refund
- No refund for no-shows or early departures
Flight/train tickets, if included, are subject to individual carrier policies and may be non-refundable
Payment and Refund Policy
A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking. The balance must be cleared at least 7 days prior to departure. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or UPI. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days. Please note that refund amounts depend on the cancellation time frame and deductions for non-refundable services like flights or hotels. No refunds will be provided for unutilized services or last-minute no-shows.
