Confirmation and cancellation policy

Your booking will be confirmed within 24–48 hours after successful payment. A confirmation voucher and travel details will be sent to your registered email address.
• Cancellations made 15 days or more before departure are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees.
• Cancellations made between 7–14 days prior will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 6 days of departure or in case of no-show.
Any modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Payment and Refund Policy

A full or partial payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The final payment must be completed at least 7 days before departure. Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation policy in effect. Delays in payment may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without prior notice. Any service charges, taxes, or transaction fees are non-refundable.
