Jeddah, a Saudi Arabian port city on the Red Sea, is a modern commercial hub and gateway for pilgrimages to the Islamic holy cities Mecca and Medina. Taif is a city in the Mecca Province of southwest Saudi Arabia. It’s known for 20th-century Shubra Palace, a grand, white-walled building with latticework windows. The weather in Jeddah and Taif can vary, with Taif being cooler due to its elevation—pack accordingly. Modest clothing is recommended in public areas. All hotel check-ins require valid photo ID or passport, and early check-in or late check-out may be subject to availability. Terms and Conditions
The package is non-transferable and valid only for the specified travel dates. All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations or tax changes. Guests are responsible for ensuring their travel documents and health requirements are met before travel. Any damages caused to property during the tour by the traveler will be charged accordingly. The tour operator will not be held liable for delays, loss of luggage, or injury caused by third-party services. Participation in all activities is at the traveler’s own risk.
Confirmation and cancellation policy
Confirmation will be issued via email once full payment is received. Guests will receive the itinerary, accommodation details, and contact information for the local tour coordinator. Cancellations must be communicated in writing and are subject to the refund policy. In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters or political unrest, the company reserves the right to amend or reschedule the itinerary or offer travel credit as compensation. All changes are subject to availability and applicable charges.
Payment and Refund Policy
Full payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm the package. Payment can be completed via authorized online gateways, bank transfers, or approved methods. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the travel date are eligible for a 90% refund. Cancellations made 15–30 days prior will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the departure. All refund requests must be submitted in writing, and processing may take up to 21 business days. No-shows or partially used services are non-refundable.
