Know Before You Go

Travelers should be aware that Japan operates on a punctual schedule, so timely arrival for transfers and activities is essential. Weather in the Alpine region can be cold even in spring and autumn; layering and appropriate footwear are recommended. Japan has a cash-centric society; carrying sufficient Yen is advised. English is not widely spoken outside major cities, though guides will assist. The tour involves moderate walking; travelers should have basic fitness. Carrying a universal power adapter and mobile internet solution is recommended.

Terms and Conditions

All travelers must abide by the local laws of Japan. The tour company reserves the right to make adjustments to the itinerary due to operational or safety reasons. Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully during the trip. Any damage caused to property during the tour will be the traveler’s responsibility. Tour pricing is based on current exchange rates and may change due to fluctuations. The company will not be held liable for loss, injury, or damage during the journey.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Confirmation will be shared within 72 hours of booking along with the detailed travel voucher and itinerary. In case of unavailability at the specified hotel, a similar or upgraded category hotel will be provided. Cancellations must be made in writing. Force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or airline strikes may lead to changes in itinerary or refund delays. Travel insurance is recommended to cover such eventualities.

Payment and Refund Policy

Full payment is required at least 30 days prior to departure. A non-refundable booking deposit (usually 25%) is needed to confirm your seat. If cancellation occurs more than 21 days before the tour, a partial refund minus the deposit is applicable. Cancellations between 15 to 21 days are subject to a 50% refund, while cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 15 working days from cancellation confirmation. Payment can be made through bank transfer, card, or UPI.
