Package Inclusions

The Cherry Blossom Tour of Japan includes accommodation in well-rated hotels, daily breakfast, select lunches and dinners as per itinerary, guided sightseeing with an English-speaking guide, all transfers and transportation by air-conditioned coach, entry fees to monuments and attractions mentioned in the itinerary, and travel insurance. The tour also includes a scenic Hanami experience (cherry blossom viewing), cultural experiences like tea ceremonies or kimono tryouts, and a professional tour manager throughout the trip.

Package Exclusions

The tour price does not include international airfare, personal expenses such as beverages, tips, and laundry, optional tours and activities not mentioned in the itinerary, early check-in or late check-out at hotels, and meals not specified. It also excludes travel insurance upgrades, visa application charges, and any expenses arising from unforeseen situations like flight delays, strikes, or natural calamities.

Japan is a blend of modern innovation and rich tradition. The cherry blossom season is extremely popular, so expect large crowds at key viewing spots. Weather in spring is generally mild, but pack layered clothing as temperatures can vary. Carry comfortable walking shoes, as the itinerary includes multiple on-foot explorations. Public behavior norms are strictly followed in Japan; be mindful of etiquette and cultural sensitivity.

Payment and Refund Policy

A booking confirmation requires a partial advance payment as specified at the time of reservation. The balance must be cleared as per the timeline provided. Refunds on cancellations will follow our tiered policy depending on the notice period before departure. Processing fees, hotel booking charges, and non-refundable components will be deducted before the refund is issued.

Additional Information

Japanese government regulations will apply to matters not covered by the above. Ezejourney Tourism may release reservations or other land arrangements if full payment is not received by the due date stated on the invoice.
