Travelers must ensure that their passport is valid for at least six months from the travel date. A valid Schengen visa is mandatory to enter Greece. Comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, hats, and light clothing are recommended, especially for historical site visits. The local currency is the Euro; it is advisable to carry some cash for small purchases. While English is widely spoken in Athens, learning a few basic Greek phrases can be helpful. Most major credit cards are accepted, and ATMs are readily available.
Terms and Conditions
Travelers must carry valid documents, including passport, visa, and travel insurance. The itinerary is subject to change due to local conditions, weather, or operational reasons without prior notice. Any extra expenses incurred due to delays or changes beyond our control will be borne by the traveler. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The tour operator reserves the right to decline or remove any traveler from the group whose behavior is deemed disruptive or inappropriate. Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip delays, and cancellations is strongly recommended.
Confirmation and cancellation policy
Upon receiving full payment, you will receive a confirmation email along with your travel vouchers and detailed itinerary. If your preferred travel dates or accommodation are not available, alternatives will be offered. In case of cancellation by the traveler, the standard refund policy applies. If the tour is canceled by the operator due to unforeseen reasons, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered at the traveler’s discretion.
Payment and Refund Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and major credit/debit cards. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to departure will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations between 15 and 29 days prior will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days before departure. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days. No refund will be granted for no-shows or partially completed tours.
