All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Prices are based on current rates and may change due to currency fluctuations, taxes, or unforeseen circumstances. Travelers must carry valid travel documents, including a passport and necessary visas. The itinerary is subject to change due to local conditions or operational factors. Any form of misconduct or non-compliance with local regulations may result in removal from the tour without refund. Booking implies full acceptance of these terms.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made in writing.

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: 80% refund
• Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure or in case of no-show: No refund

No refunds for unused services or voluntary tour withdrawal.

Payment and Refund Policy

A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be cleared at least 14 days before the travel date. Bookings made less than 14 days prior must be paid in full. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 10–15 business days after cancellation, excluding transaction fees. Any changes after booking may incur additional charges.
