Know Before You Go

Carry weather-appropriate clothing as Azerbaijan can experience varying temperatures, especially between Baku and the surrounding regions. English is not widely spoken outside major tourist areas, so having a local guide or translator app is recommended. Respect local customs and dress modestly when visiting cultural or religious sites. It is advisable to carry some local currency (Azerbaijani Manat) for small purchases. Ensure you have travel insurance covering health and unexpected cancellations.

Terms and Conditions

All travelers must possess valid travel documents, including a passport and visa. The itinerary may change due to weather, local conditions, or operational needs. Any expenses arising due to delay or change in schedule caused by airline, weather, or government restrictions will be the traveler’s responsibility. Travelers are responsible for safeguarding their belongings throughout the trip. The package is non-transferable and cannot be customized once confirmed.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Upon receiving your booking request and advance payment, a confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours. All bookings are subject to availability. In case of unavailability of specific services, equivalent alternatives will be offered. Cancellations must be requested in writing. Refunds will be processed as per the cancellation terms within 7–10 business days of approval.

Payment and Refund Policy

A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking. The balance must be paid at least 15 days prior to departure. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or UPI. If cancelled 30 days before travel, 80% of the booking amount will be refunded. Cancellations made 15–29 days before travel will result in a 50% refund. No refund is applicable for cancellations within 14 days of departure or for no-shows.
