Confirmation and cancellation policy
To cancel your tour, please contact us in writing (email or through our website). Cancellations will be subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to departure: Full refund minus the deposit.

Cancellation between 15 to 30 days prior to departure: 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.

Cancellation less than 15 days prior to departure: No refund will be provided.

Force Majeure: In the event of natural disasters, war, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control, we may offer a rescheduled tour or a partial refund.
Payment and Refund Policy
Booking Confirmation: To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required.

Full Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before the tour start date.

Refund Process:

If you cancel more than 30 days before departure, a full refund (minus the deposit) will be issued.

If you cancel between 15 to 30 days before departure, 50% of the total tour price will be refunded.

If you cancel less than 15 days before departure, no refund will be provided.

Refund Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation.
