• Visa charges are non-refundable once applied
• Partial refunds allowed based on cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 30 days prior to departure – 80% refund
• Cancellation 15–29 days prior – 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 14 days – no refund
• No-show – 100% cancellation fee

Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment required at the time of booking
• Balance 50% to be paid 15 days prior to departure
