All bookings will be confirmed only after the receipt of full payment. A confirmation email with travel details will be shared upon booking.
- Cancellations made 30 days before the travel date will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made between 15–30 days before travel will attract a 50% cancellation charge.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 15 days of travel or for no-shows.
In case of any unavoidable circumstances such as natural calamities or political unrest, alternate arrangements or dates may be provided depending on availability.
Payment and Refund Policy
Full payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, net banking, or UPI. In case of cancellations, refund eligibility depends on the timing of the request and any non-refundable components like hotel bookings or permits. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days. Any bank charges or gateway fees incurred during payment or refund will be borne by the customer.
