Confirmation and cancellation policy

Booking confirmation will be shared via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of advance payment. Cancellations made more than 15 days before departure will receive a full refund minus processing charges. Between 8–14 days, a 50% refund will be given. No refund is applicable for cancellations made within 7 days of departure or no-shows.

Payment and Refund Policy

A minimum of 50% advance is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to departure. Payments can be made via UPI, credit/debit card, or bank transfer. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days in case of eligible cancellations, as per the cancellation policy.

Additional Information

Travel insurance is highly recommended for medical or unforeseen emergencies. The region may require ILPs (Inner Line Permits) for certain restricted areas, which we can assist with.
