Package Inclusions

The Madhya Pradesh Short Break Tour B includes well-curated accommodation on a twin-sharing basis, daily breakfast at the hotel, all transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary in a private air-conditioned vehicle, toll taxes, parking charges, and driver allowances. A dedicated guide or driver will be assigned for seamless coordination throughout the journey. Entry fees to major monuments, as mentioned in the itinerary, and applicable government taxes are also part of the package.

Package Exclusions

This package does not include airfare or train fare, meals other than those specified, personal expenses such as tips, laundry, and phone calls. Cost of optional tours, travel insurance, and any items of personal nature are not part of the inclusions. Expenses arising due to natural calamities, flight delays, or cancellations are also not covered.

VISA Information

For Indian nationals, no visa is required for travel within Madhya Pradesh. For foreign travelers, a valid Indian tourist visa is mandatory. It is advisable to apply for an e-tourist visa well in advance through the official Indian government portal to avoid last-minute issues.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Booking confirmation is subject to availability at the time of payment. A confirmation voucher will be shared post-payment. For cancellations made 21 days or more prior to departure, 80% of the tour cost will be refunded. Cancellations made between 7 to 20 days will incur a 50% charge. No refund is applicable if the cancellation is made less than 7 days before departure.

Payment and Refund Policy

A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due before the start of the tour. Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days in case of eligible cancellations. No refund will be provided for no-shows or unused services during the tour.
