Know Before You Go

Travelers should carry government-issued ID, light cotton clothing for daytime, and light woolens for cooler evenings. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended due to extensive sightseeing. It’s advised to carry personal medications and basic first aid. Respect local customs, avoid plastic use, and ensure proper hygiene in remote locations. Check-in time at hotel 1400 PM and check out time at 1200 Noon MPT (MP Tourism Hotels) rate are dynamic subject to change time of booking In case above mentioned hotels are not available due to sold out position then we do arrange the similar standard hotel. Any change in the itinerary will be subject to availability of the hotel and other services. Above packages rate are net & non –commissionable to travel agents. Rates are valid from 01st Oct, 2024 till Mar’25 except Swan month / Festive period / Black out date if any arise

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Upon successful booking and payment, a confirmation email will be sent along with travel vouchers. Any changes or cancellations must be communicated in writing. All amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Cancellations due to unforeseen events will be handled as per the company’s cancellation policy.

Payment and Refund Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or major credit/debit cards. In case of cancellation, refund eligibility is based on the time of notice: 75% refund for cancellations made 30 days prior, 50% for 15–29 days, and no refund for cancellations within 14 days of travel. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 business days.
