Know Before You Go

Adventure activities are subject to weather conditions. Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes for activities. Not recommended for guests with back problems or heart conditions. Children below 6 years are not allowed on Level 2 activities. Wi-Fi signal may be limited in outdoor zones.

Minimum duration of stay is 2 nights. Payment and Refund Policy

Full refund available for cancellations up to 14 days before check-in. Partial refund (50%) if cancelled between 7–13 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. 100% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, UPI or net banking. For group bookings or custom dates, 50% advance and balance 7 days before check-in.

Additional Information

All adventure activities are supervised by trained instructors. The resort is eco-friendly and encourages waste segregation. Carry a valid government ID for check-in. Guests are advised to bring swimwear for pool access. First aid and medical assistance available on-site.
