All the below packages have been made based on our personal visit to all the sites. We have consciously refrained from including trips which just fill the itinerary and do not offer much value for the customer.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival at Port Blair Port Blair Arrival to Port Blair.

Arrival at Port Blair airport in morning and proceed for your transfer to the hotel. First half of the day is leisure. Later in the noon visit Cellular Jail followed by light and sound show. The Cellular Jail has a pride of place in India’s freedom struggle. Many a stalwart were imprisoned here. Declared a national memorial, this three storey prison constructed by Britishers in 1906, is a pilgrimage destination for freedom fighters. This colossal edifice has mutely witnessed the most treacherous of inhumane atrocities borne by the convicts, who were mostly freedom fighters. The day draws to a gentle close with the Sound and Light Show at the historic Cellular Jail which gives you a vivid experience of its strong association with the freedom fighters and their struggle for independence. Overnight stay at Port Blair.

DAY 02 - Havelock Island Visit Radha Nagar Beach & Back Port Blair

Early morning departure by ferry ( As per ferry timing ) to Havelock island (54 kms by sea from Port Blair). It takes aprox 2 hrs to reach the island. Enjoy your afternoon at Beach number 7 on the western coast, better known as “The Radha Nagar beach”. Radhanagar Beach: Bestowed with the precious award of ‘Asia’s best beach’ by TIME Magazine, Radha Nagar Beach situated 12kms from Havelock’s ferry pier is undoubtedly one of the best beaches of Andaman Islands. Fine white sand, turquoise blue waters and a lot of peace and serenity are the hallmark of this beautiful landmass. The water at the beach is of exceptional quality as there is almost not turbidity and wave action. It is not a huge island to explore… Evening Back to Port blair.

DAY 03 - North Bay (Coral Island) – Ross Island Port Blair

After breakfast visit to Ross Island & North Bay Coral Island. (Closed Wednesday) Ross Island – is the place from where the British governed the entire Andaman and Nicobar islands, prior to India’s Independence. This island is an ideal destination for nature walks amidst sylvan surroundings with deer’s, peacocks, exotic birds, etc. Later Move for North Bay. The North Bay Island also known as the Coral Island is a beautiful beach island not far from Port Blair; it is surrounded by a wonderful beach known for its underwater coral reserves and a variety of fishes which makes it an essence of natural marine beauty and a perfect spot for underwater activities. Overnight Stay at Port blair.

DAY 04 - Depart from Port Blair Port Blair

Drop to Airport / Harbor for Return journey with wonderful memories.

Exclusions

• GST 5% on Total Invoice (If any hike in GST, part same would be charged extra)
• Air Fare
• Meals other than specified
• Expenses of Personal Nature such as Guides, porterage, tips, phone calls, laundry, liquor etc.
• Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal (No transport on leisure days)
• Any water sports and water activity charges
• Refund/Rescheduling of any hotel booking will be governed by the individual hotel's cancellation policy
• Expenses occurred due to bad weather, flight or ferry cancellation, strike or political unrest to be paid by guest
• Camera fee for entering Islands/Monuments

Know Before You Go

• Valid photo ID is mandatory for all guests during check-in and ferry boarding.
• PAN card is not accepted as valid ID proof for check-ins.
• RAP (Restricted Area Permit) is not required for Indian nationals visiting Andaman.
• Foreign nationals must carry a valid passport and visa.
• Mobile connectivity is limited across most islands—carry offline maps and confirmations.
• All water activities are subject to weather conditions and safety approvals.
• Carry sufficient cash as ATMs may not be available everywhere.
• Travel light and pack cotton clothing, sunscreen, and basic medicines.

Additional Information

• Package rates valid till 30th Sep 2024, excluding peak season dates.
• Children below 5 years travel free without extra bed.
• Rates are per person on twin sharing basis.
• Private ferry options are subject to availability; alternate arrangements may be made.
• Flight arrival before 10:00 AM recommended for first-day sightseeing.
• Final itinerary may vary depending on ferry timing or weather conditions.
• All bookings are subject to hotel and ferry availability at time of confirmation.

Terms and Conditions

• We are a Covid-safe tour operator and follow all hygiene & safety guidelines
• Rates are valid till 31st March 2022 except 15th Dec – 20th Jan
• Confirmation will be subject to availability at the time of booking
• Rates can change if travel plan is modified for any reason
• Booking confirmation proceeds after 50% advance payment; balance 50% required before 07 days of check-in date
• Cancellation after guarantee will attract charges; no refund for last-minute cancellations, unutilized services, natural calamities, flight cancellation/postponement, or no-show
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended
• Tour program may be shuffled due to inclement weather or changes in Flight/Ferry operations, which may incur extra charges
• Vehicle used will be exclusive but not at disposal; it will change every day sector-wise as per contract
• Standard Check-in/Check-out time is 06:30am–07:30am; early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and hotel discretion
• All extras not mentioned are payable directly at the hotel/service provider

Confirmation Policy

• 50% payment required at time of booking to confirm package.
• Balance payment due at least 7 days prior to departure.
• Confirmation subject to availability of hotel and ferry.
• Booking confirmation shared via email with full travel plan.

Refund Policy

• Full refund if cancellation made 30 days before travel date.
• 50% refund if cancelled 15–29 days in advance.
• No refund if cancelled within 15 days of departure.
• Refunds processed within 7–10 working days post cancellation request.
• No refund for no-shows or partially used services.

Cancellation Policy

• 25% cancellation charges if canceled 30 days before check-in date.
• 50% cancellation charges if canceled 15–30 days before travel.
• No refund for cancellation within 15 days of travel.
• All ferry tickets once issued are non-refundable.
• No refund for unused services, early check-outs, or no-shows.

Payment Terms

• Initial booking amount: 50% of total package cost.
• Remaining 50% to be paid at least 7 days prior to travel.
• Payments accepted via online transfer, UPI, or major debit/credit cards.
• Invoices and receipts issued post successful transactions.
